| Happy new Year to everyone from us all at Blagdon
Estate. The year has started off with quite a cold snap
but I hope that everyone is keeping warm.
We look forward to the new year with hope that the
economic situation improves for everyone and hope to
welcome tenants and friends to the estate events planned
for later in the year.
Keep checking our website and do not hesitate to
contact me with any fresh ideas you may have.

| Northumberlandia. |
|
|
| Northumberlandia is shaping up to be a major project
produced by Banks and Blagdon for the benefit of the
region. We are very excited about the potential that this
project promises and we are sure that we will all be very
proud when the park is opened to the public, which is
scheduled for 2012. The planning is now well advanced,
and work is scheduled to start early next year.
If you have any thoughts or suggestions about
Northumberlandia, please speak to me and I will pass your
comments to the design team.
