Computers.
Computers have beecome more and more of a day to day tool for many of us. Most of the time all is well and the computers are trouble free, but occasionally you can have trouble. I recently had some serious issues with my computer and contacted the manufacturer, HP. I have to say that I found the technical help a dream, I entered into a "live Chat" session with a gentleman called Nain Vijay who could not have been more helpful. he also made some useful comments on the website. I found the helpline a pleasure to use and is an example of how online help centres can be run. My grateful thanks to Nain, I would wholeheartedly recommend both HP computers and their excellent aftercare service following this experience.
