| H.J.Banks are enthusiastic
supporters of local organisations and will be
able to continue to offer support to the local
community in many ways. Revenues from coal will
help Blagdon maintain its continuing investment
in the preservation and enhancement of heritage
property, job creation and environmental
enhancement. Blagdon currently provides over 200
properties for let both for residential and
business use providing homes for over 300 people
and employment for over 200 people. The Estate
also maintains wildlife habitats which attract
many different species, some quite rare.
